    Ausgezeichnet

     ·  Locul este mult mai frumos în realitate, cu o atenție mare la detalii. Mâncarea este delicioasă, iar curățenia impecabilă. Ospitalitatea a fost cu adevărat remarcabilă, mult peste așteptările din ultimii ani în turismul din România. Recomand cu încredere!

     ·  Locul este foarte fain, ne-a plăcut recepția, camera ca și arhitectură și mâncarea.
     ·  Am găsit gândac în pătura din camera de sus, ceea ce mi se pare inacceptabil pentru standardele dvs.

     ·  You invested lots of money and afford to make this place unique. Owners do their job perfectly, but (in my opinion) there is a discrepancy the way it looks and what experience you get. The rooms and the hotel looks like (also on pictures) that it should cost 300 per night, when you get offers for 150 euros per night, clients get excited. But when you arrive and stay there, experience is below your expectations. The hotel is run in the style as a family business, but (the way it looks - high quality materials, attention to details, expensive design) you expect to get experience like in the Ritz or Mandarin Orientals hotels. Examples, you don't get enough attention from the staff. You need to find one to check-in/check-out, ask something. Dishes in the restaurant don't taste that good they way they been served (almost all the dishes looks really good). Different staff, the lady (from Moldova) who really does her job very well (maybe because she loves it) and the young guy who seems not to enjoy it at all.

     ·  O locatie excelenta cu personal foarte prietenos, amabil si profesionist. Design interior de inalta calitate, atentie la detalii. Camere extrem de curate si confortabile.

     ·  Felicitări pentru locația minunată pe care o aveți și pentru experiența pe care o oferiți! Ca sugestie, ar fi ideal să puteți pune la dispoziția clienților diverse activități de care se pot bucura în zonă, pe lângă locațiile turistice deja bine cunoscute. De exemplu, noi am combinat experiența la dumneavoastră cu o mică excursie la Conacul Kalnoky, unde ne-am bucurat de un concert minunat de pian și violoncel. Cumva, recomandarea este de a descoperi aceste „hidden gems” pe care să le promovați și dumneavoastră - si de ce nu, sa stabiliti niste colaborari.
